Overview

CMiC is looking for a Junior End User Services Analyst to support day-to-day end-user needs and help keep device and account workflows running smoothly. You'll work closely with the IT team to support employees, manage hardware inventory, and assist with user onboarding/offboarding. This is a hands-on role where you'll build real IT support experience while learning best practices for IT operations.

Important Information:

  • The overall hiring wage for this position is $21 per hour
  • This position is not for an existing vacancy
  • We do not use AI to screen, assess, or select applicants
  • Work Arrangement: This role is expected to be in-office, 5 days per week
  • Duration: 6 months, with possibility to extend
