Junior Engineer - Building Construction

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Junior / Site Engineer to join our team for our UAE operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multistorey building construction and the ability to ensure projects are executed smoothly, on time, and within quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to maintain project schedules.
• Monitor and enforce quality control and safety standards on-site.
• Prepare site reports, documentation, and progress updates.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and design teams to resolve site-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil / Electrical Engineering.
• 1-4 years of experience in multistorey building construction.
• Proficiency in interpreting drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
