Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall management and smooth operation of the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) plant, including machinery, manpower, processes, and quality control. Ensure effective coordination of activities such as piping, pumping, casting, and adherence to design mix specifications for various construction requirements.
  
• Monitor concrete grades for slabs, columns, beams, and other structural components.
  
• Apply knowledge of soil grades and their impact on concrete performance.
  
• Supervise the production and delivery of concrete as per project specifications.
  
• Identify and implement improvements in production processes for better efficiency and quality.
  
• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of equipment for minimal downtime.
  
• Maintain records of production, quality checks, and material usage.
  

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
  
• Sound knowledge of concrete technology, including grades of concrete and design mix preparation.
  
• Familiarity with soil grading and its influence on construction processes.
  
• Ability to troubleshoot machinery and process issues.
