General Description of Role and Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the coordination and management of completed construction projects that are now in their operational phase.
  • Support project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Conduct site visits to monitor service delivery performance of MEP, Civil/Structural, Cleaning/Landscaping contractors in accordance with their contracts and to ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Analyse and interpret site reports from contractors as to their performance.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, correspondence, and invoices
  • Participate in project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor
