Overview

  • Assist in managing daily office operations, including supplies, vendor management and office maintenance.
  • Support fixed asset management, including acquisitions, quarterly fixed asset checking, and disposals.
  • Maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organise and maintain physical and digital filing systems for ease of access and security.
  • Responsible for preparing and submitting accurate payment requests for timely processing.
  • Assist in organising staff welfare activities and non-monetary benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Corporate Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to converse and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
