Job Responsibilities

  • Keep project and contract documents organized and updated.
  • Provide admin support to HQ departments (Project, Finance, HR, etc.).
  • Arrange meetings and help with reports.
  • Assist HR with staff records, timesheets, and leave tracking when needed.
  • Handle compliance paperwork and required submissions.
  • Manage office tasks like correspondence, supplies, and travel.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O Level & above.
  • Minimum 2 year of general admin experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft application
  • Has experience in construction industry
