Job Responsibilities
- Keep project and contract documents organized and updated.
- Provide admin support to HQ departments (Project, Finance, HR, etc.).
- Arrange meetings and help with reports.
- Assist HR with staff records, timesheets, and leave tracking when needed.
- Handle compliance paperwork and required submissions.
- Manage office tasks like correspondence, supplies, and travel.
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Level & above.
- Minimum 2 year of general admin experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft application
- Has experience in construction industry
