Job Description
ILC Africa is looking for two Junior Fellows to join the organization remotely in a full-time or part-time capacity. The Junior Fellows will be responsible for:
Supporting project implementation, monitoring and outreach activities
Contributing to the development of proposals, reports and deliverables for submission to donors and clients
Supporting information management and the organization of project records
Drafting and disseminating key messages on social media and other online platforms
Participating in internal and external meetings as needed
Applicant requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Management, International Relations, International Development, Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant fields
Minimum 1 year of work experience (may be waived if currently pursuing a Post-graduate/Master's degree)
Superior writing skills with capabilities/confidence to draft report summaries and proposal/grant sections using compelling language
Strong organizational skills and proactive work ethic
