ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY

• Assist in daily accounting task, including book keeping and data entry.
• Responsible for account payable by processing payment to suppliers.
• To reconcile supplier statement and resolve the discrepancy promptly.
• Involve in account receivable by following up with customers on payment matter, sending statement of account and update the payment received.
• To prepare bank reconciliation.
• To do submission of E-invoice.
• To assist in Filing.
• Providing support in accounting-related tasks when required.
