Junior Financial Accountant

The role will provide financial accounting support to the Finance team, including preparing BAS and Fringe Benefit Tax returns and ensuring that all components of the consolidated financial statements are completed accurately and on time.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Administer balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements for the Corporate Group
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns for the family group(s)
• Manage and administer Group Fixed Asset Management system Hardcat. Oversee asset additions, asset depreciation and disposals for both accounting and tax purposes.
• Calculation of monthly work in progress, contract assets and contract liabilities.
