Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Fit-Out Engineer to support the execution of interior fit-out projects. The selected candidate will assist with site operations, coordination with contractors and vendors, and ensure timely completion of work while maintaining quality and safety standards. This role is ideal for a candidate eager to learn and grow under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and execution of interior fit-out works, including:
• Partitions
• Flooring
• Painting
• False ceilings
• Supervise daily site activities and maintain progress reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely material delivery.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure work adheres to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Support senior engineers in resolving on-site technical issues and execution challenges.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with site safety norms.

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of MS Office

AutoCAD knowledge preferred

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of interior fit-out works and site execution processes

Ability to read and understand technical drawings

Capability to take accurate site measurements

Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

Strong teamwork abilities and site supervision skills
