Job Description
Purpose of the job:
As a Genesys IVR Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Genesys IVR solutions to enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with business analysts, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Genesys IVR and Routing applications using Composer or IRD.
- Configure Genesys components (ACD, IVR, CTI, etc.) to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain IVR flows, voice prompts, and call routing logic.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IVR related issues.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of IVR solutions with other systems.
- Stay updated on the latest Genesys technologies and industry best practices.
