We’re partnering with a leading global manufacturing organisation undergoing significant transformation across its Australian operations. This is a key HR Business Partner role supporting an Operations leader and will suit an HRBP who has strong employee relations capability and is looking to step up and deepen their exposure within a complex manufacturing environment.

You’ll work closely with manufacturing leadership, supporting day-to-day and complex people matters while contributing to broader workforce and organisational initiatives across supply operations. The business is investing heavily in its Australian footprint, with strong growth plans and genuine long-term opportunity.
