**Project** Description**:
The HRBP is responsible of supporting employees and managers of assigned groups, guiding them trhougout People Manager practices and annual cycle.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support managers and employees during employee cycle.
- Analyze surveys, reports and statistics to define Action plan and execute.
- Role model for Luxoft values and culture, including active participation in D&I initiatives.
- Support assigned Line of Business strategy focusing on Retention and Engagement actions.
- Assure compliance by understanding legal requirements for the region.
- Support and develop internal physical and virtual events to increase engagement.
- Address legal, labor and compliance topics, guiding assigned managers and partnering with Legal and other HRBPs.
**Skills**:
Must have
Total of 5 years of experience; last 1 or 2 as HR Generalist.
Human Resources, Administrative or related degree.
HR Consultancy skills.
