  • This is a hybrid role, requiring a presence in the Paris office for three days per week.
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor France HR projects, ensuring progress, alignment, and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Manage project governance with both local (France) and international stakeholders.
  • Support local HR transformation projects.
  • Advise managers in France on HR policies, employee matters, and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations topics and participate in work environment initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the works council (CSE) as needed, contributing to meetings and social dialogue.
  • Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Labor Law, Labour Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
