This is a hybrid role, requiring a presence in the Paris office for three days per week. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor France HR projects, ensuring progress, alignment, and effective communication with stakeholders. Manage project governance with both local (France) and international stakeholders. Support local HR transformation projects. Advise managers in France on HR policies, employee matters, and best practices. Manage employee relations topics and participate in work environment initiatives. Collaborate with the works council (CSE) as needed, contributing to meetings and social dialogue. Requirements:
