  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internship students, including sourcing, phone screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to align on recruitment plans and intern requirements.
  • Assist with preparing and organizing recruitment-related documentation, such as offer letters, NDAs, and other necessary forms.
  • Help screen and shortlist high-quality candidates.
  • Research and recommend new recruitment channels to improve hiring strategies.
  • Support talent sourcing and headhunting efforts for potential candidates.
  • Contribute to recruitment activities, including building strategic partnerships with universities and colleges for internship.
