Monks is looking for an HR Generalist to join a large, dynamic, and fast‑paced HR team. This role will provide essential day‑to‑day HR support, helping ensure smooth operations while contributing to global initiatives across the organization.

• Continue to own hands‑on HR administration and operational processes (contracts, Workday updates, payroll changes, etc.) so the Associate Director can focus on strategic workforce planning and leadership coaching.
• Compile accurate HR data (turnover, headcount, engagement, ER case logs) and prepare dashboards or reports that the Associate Director can leverage in business reviews with global leadership and in supporting client accounts.
