Join our HR team as a Junior HR Generalist / HR Management Trainee to support HR operations, employee lifecycle, and HRBP activities while developing your HR career.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Support end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and HR system updates.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate HR documentation, employee files, and data integrity.
  • Support payroll, benefits administration, attendance tracking, and policy implementation in coordination with HR Ops and SSC teams.
  • Assist HRBPs in supporting assigned business units on daily people matters.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities, performance management cycles, and basic employee relations support.
