Responsibilities

  • Support end to end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and hiring support.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for contract and permanent employees, including HR orientation, documentation, workstation setup, and exit clearance.
  • Provide administrative support to new hires to ensure smooth integration and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating internal and external training programmes.
  • Liaise with training providers and support HRD Corp claims, training grants, and related documentation.
  • Monitor and support performance evaluation for probationary and contract staff.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating HR policies, SOPs, employee records, and HR documentation.
