Requirement

• SPM/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field (fresh graduates welcomed).
• Basic knowledge of shipping documentation is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good attitude, willing to learn, responsible and organized.
• Computer literate (Excel, email, basic system)
• Candidates who are able to speak Mandarin are preferred.

Responsibility

• Prepare and handle import & export documentation (invoice, packing list, BL, COO, permits).
• Liaise with forwarders, shipping agents, and customs officers for shipment arrangements.
• Track shipment status and update internal team & customers promptly.
• Coordinate container booking, truck arrangement, and delivery schedules.
