Key Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing
Monitor and follow up daily on the status of import and export shipments.
Conduct monthly performance analyses of freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers.
Identify and report issues or situations that may impact product availability for the organization.
Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives for the import and export function.
Perform quarterly analyses of lead times and transit times for inbound and outbound shipments.
Prepare and present monthly reports on departmental performance results.
