We are looking for a determined and team-oriented person to join our team as a Junior Initial Cell Optimising Engineer

As an Initial Cell Optimiser (ICO) , you will play a critical role in supporting the customer’s six-week delivery and decommissioning cycle for cell sites. You will be responsible for the accurate creation and management of radio plans across multiple technologies and vendors, ensuring seamless integration and removal of cells within the network.

• Create detailed radio data builds for sites progressing through the customer’s structured six-week delivery process.
• Perform data build tasks within the customer's radio planning systems for Nokia and Ericsson vendor equipment.
