Junior Inside Sales Representative

About the role

The Associate Customer Executive is responsible assisting in the delivery of all products and services to customer specifications and meeting the contractual service level agreements (SLA) with the customer. The Associate Customer Executive communicates regularly with Inside Sales Managers, Customer Executives, Sr. Customer Executaives and Partner Management, to assist with open requests, open quotes, escalated orders, and on-going projects. This position is an office-based position.
