**CSMART** is currently looking for a full-time Junior Instructor (Electrical) as part of the Operations Department.
Reporting to a Senior Instructor and indirectly to the Senior Manager – Technical, this role supports course delivery, preparation, and development, while focusing on current and emerging technologies, crew resource management, and company procedures achieved through training and simulations.
As a Junior Instructor (Electrical), your responsibilities, amongst others, will include:
+ Coordinating with lead instructors to ensure classrooms, simulators, and materials are ready before courses start
+ Assisting in delivering courses according to CSMART’s course delivery process and quality standards
+ Supporting participant appraisal, certification, and follow-up processes
+ Resetting equipment and reporting deficiencies after courses
