Junior Interior Designer

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Production Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the woodworking department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, preparing BOQ, ensuring quality control, and leading a team to meet both deadlines and customer specifications.


Key Responsibilities:



1. Production Management:



Oversee day-to-day operations in the woodworking department, ensuring efficient and timely production.

Plan and schedule production activities based on customer orders and project timelines.

Ensure all materials are available for production.



2. Quality Control:



Ensure that all products meet company quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.

Implement and enforce quality control procedures.

Collaborate with the design team to ensure design feasibility and quality are maintained throughout production.



3. Qualifications:



Proven experience in woodworking production.

Solid understanding of production processes, tools, and machinery used in woodworking.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

A degree or diploma in production management or interior design, or related field is a plus.



4. required software:



Basic knowledge in Microsoft office.

CAD software (autocad or any alternative)

Basic knowledge in Adobe software (photoshop and Illustrator)



5. Working Conditions:



Full-time position with standard working hours.

The position requires regular on-site presence in the woodworking facility.

Must be comfortable working in a factory environment with exposure to wood machinery.
