Role Overview
The company is seeking a Junior / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with a mechanical bias to support the commercial delivery of mechanical building services projects across data centre, commercial, and healthcare sectors.
The role will suit a Quantity Surveyor in the early to mid-stages of their career who is looking to develop their commercial and contractual skills within a supportive mechanical contracting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting in the commercial management of mechanical services packages up to £3m
Supporting the preparation of interim valuations and applications for payment
Measurement and valuation of variations under supervision
Assisting with cost reporting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking
