Responsibilities
- Assist in Application Management to ensure the smooth functioning of business applications by performing regular updates, troubleshooting issues, and providing user support.
- Assist in System Monitoring by monitor system performance and security, identifying and resolving potential issues to maintain optimal system health.
- Assist in collaboration, to work closely with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in managing the ERP systems, servers, POS terminals, incident support, and provide support for software and end users to ensure excellent IT services.
- Manage the installation and upgrading of software applications, ensuring that licenses for programs like antivirus and office suites are current to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Documents and reports preparation for available systems.
