Job Description

Our client is seeking a Junior IT Service Desk Analyst to provide A/V meeting room system troubleshooting and general Microsoft administration support

Office located in Strathmore (will be in-office). Part time hours. May require some weekend and after-hour support when needed (up to 10PM on weekdays)

Must haves:

  • 1+ years in a Service Desk Analyst role or Office Assistant focusing on A/V meeting room system troubleshooting (Hybrid meetings)
  • Experience with Microsoft administration
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to provide clear, friendly, and effective support to users

    • Nice to haves:

  • ITSM and IT compliance experience
  • Degree in Computer Science
