About the Role
This exciting Junior IT Support Specialist position that is perfect for someone who is hands-on and enjoys a variety of tasks. The role involves assisting in managing the IT support ticketing system, specifically with ERP Microsoft Dynamic NAV. Common repairs include resolving issues with registers, providing general helpdesk support, building hardware such as registers, and performing iPhone wiping and resetting. The position also offers travel opportunities, including upgrading the NAV system to an online version across 37 stores, pulling out IT equipment from closed stores, and supporting new store builds.
