Requirements




  • Diploma / Certificate in Computing Studies or related

  • 1 year experience in technical support, installation of software, hardware and networking

  • Knowledge in Windows Server and networking

  • Experience in POS and retail industry is preferred

  • Proactive with strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Independent, responsible and self-initiative

  • Immediate available is highly preferred

  • Provide technical support to end users on IT issues

  • Provide systems support, monitor scheduled tasks & IT activities

  • Administrate & manage IT assets and assist in documentation
