Junior IT System Administrator - Arabic Speaker

Job Overview: The Junior IT System Administrator supports the IT infrastructure of the organization.

This role involves assisting in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of systems and networks to ensure smooth operation and reliability.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, operating systems, and software applications.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, updates, and patches under supervision.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights under guidance.

Deploy configuration and maintenance of network infrastructure including telephone IPPBX systems and Aruba wireless access points.

Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and assist in resolving them.

Monitor network performance and assist in optimizing network configurations.
