Junior IT Systems & Network Support

Egnatia Aviation is looking for a new member to join our IT & Technology team, focusing on supporting our network and systems infrastructure as well as our Microsoft 365 environment. This role is ideal for candidates with basic IT experience who are eager to develop their skills in a dynamic, international aviation training environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and troubleshooting for networks (LAN, WLAN, VPN, Firewalls).
• Participate in installations and configurations of new network infrastructure in company facilities (cabling, racks, switches, access points).
• Support and basic administration of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Provide user support and resolve day-to-day IT issues in collaboration with the IT Support team.
• Contribute to IT security and compliance projects (ISO 27001).
