Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

  • Perform all PEZA, DOLE, FIRB, SEC, and Bureau of Immigration–related tasks to ensure organizational compliance with government regulations.

  • Process working visas, Alien Employment Permit (AEP), Special Work Permit (SWP), and other immigration documentation.

  • Support Legal Employment Compliance with HR.

  • Conduct legal research to ensure the organization adheres to the latest laws, circulars and regulations.

B. Legal Advisory & Support

  • Provide legal opinions on corporation, labor, tax, labor matters

  • Liaise with departments to address legal requirements, resolve issues and support departmental goals.
