Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Legal & Regulatory Compliance
Perform all PEZA, DOLE, FIRB, SEC, and Bureau of Immigration–related tasks to ensure organizational compliance with government regulations.
Process working visas, Alien Employment Permit (AEP), Special Work Permit (SWP), and other immigration documentation.
Support Legal Employment Compliance with HR.
Conduct legal research to ensure the organization adheres to the latest laws, circulars and regulations.
B. Legal Advisory & Support
Provide legal opinions on corporation, labor, tax, labor matters
Liaise with departments to address legal requirements, resolve issues and support departmental goals.
