Job Description

Our client, one of the big 5 banks, is currently looking to hire Junior Level Admins to help support a project they are working on, on a 12 month contract-to-hire basis.

Please note the following important details before applying/proceeding:

  • This is a hybrid role in the downtown Toronto area, with the expectations of the selected candidates to work in office 2-3 times a week
  • This is a junior level role, with junior level pay
  • Job duties for this role include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Reach out to branches to obtain missing documentation
  • Update and maintain customer account information
  • Review accounts and document findings in accordance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Communicate with branch compliance officers to verify information
  • Collaborate with head office staff regarding payments and account actions
