Job Description

Our client, one of the big 5 banks, is currently looking to hire Junior Level Admins to help support a project they are working on, on a 12 month contract-to-hire basis.
Please note the following important details before applying/proceeding:

+ This is a hybrid role in the downtown Toronto area, with the expectations of the selected candidates to work in office 2-3 times a week

+ This is a junior level role, with junior level pay

Job duties for this role include, but are not limited to the following:

+ Reach out to branches to obtain missing documentation

+ Update and maintain customer account information

+ Review accounts and document findings in accordance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

+ Communicate with branch compliance officers to verify information

+ Collaborate with head office staff regarding payments and account actions
