Junior Litigation Associate

We are working with a well-regarded law firm that is looking to expand its Dispute Resolution team with the addition of a Junior Associate.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer who is keen to build a strong foundation in contentious work, with exposure to restructuring and insolvency-related disputes.
The Role
You will be involved in a broad range of litigation matters, including:
Commercial and civil disputes
Contentious restructuring and insolvency matters (including creditor/debtor disputes, enforcement and advisory work)
Legal research, drafting submissions, and supporting partners on active matters
Working closely with senior lawyers on complex cases from an early stage
Requirements
Qualified lawyer with NQ to 2 PQE (or equivalent)
Training or early experience in litigation and dispute resolution
Exposure to or a genuine interest in contentious restructuring and insolvency work would be advantageous
