Junior Localisation Project Manager - Life Sciences

Vistatec‘s Life Sciences team has an opening for a Junior Localisation Project Manager. This role involves direct client and vendor communications as a Junior Project Manager to support the production tasks owned by Life Sciences Localisation Project Management team.

Responsibilities

• Working as a reliable, supportive team member in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensuring that the client receives superior standards of project management and customer service at all times.
• Delivering all projects on time and within budget in accordance with client requirements.
• Participating in project kick-offs, and other program-focused meetings.
• Support project financials with issuance of resource purchase orders.
• Working with the client, reviewers and translators on quality improvement initiatives as defined by the Program Manager.
• Central handling and triaging of queries and support requests.
