Junior Manager, Global Recruitment (Temporary)

Overview

IE University is looking for a Junior Manager in Global Recruitment to join its international team. The role works alongside the Senior Manager to support recruitment and commercial efforts for the Marketing Portfolio (Undergraduate and Graduate programs). The Junior Manager will guide master and bachelor candidates, maintain close follow-up of the pipeline, and collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, and Academic teams. The role contributes to IE University’s global presence with a candidate-centric approach in all recruitment efforts.
