The role:


We are hiring a Marketing Technician (Junior) to support structured, day-to-day marketing execution across international markets.


This is a hands-on , execution-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys doing, organising, and improving marketing work within clear guidelines in a technical B2B environment.


This role is ideal for someone who wants to become excellent at marketing execution before taking on broader responsibility in the future.


What you will do:


This role is about execution, accuracy, and follow-through. You will support the Marketing team with practical, defined tasks, including:


  • Create, adapt and update content for web, social media, email marketing and sales materials , following direction and existing guidelines.
  • Support the day-to-day management of social media channels (primarily LinkedIn , with support on other channels when required).
  • Assist with the creation and organisation of visual and video content (short clips, product explanations, tutorials, datasheets and guides, presentations).
  • Upload, organise and maintain technical documentation and marketing assets .
  • Support content translation and localisation for different markets, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Prepare and update presentations, datasheets, and commercial materials for the sales team.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and, occasionally, external suppliers to ensure tasks are delivered correctly and on time.

Requirements:


·        Degree or professional training in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.

·        Some hands-on marketing experience (including internships or junior roles).

·        Experience in B2B, technical, or industrial environments is an advantage.

·        C1 level of English, spoken and written (essential). French or German is a plus.

·        Comfortable working with teams, tools, documentation, and content platforms.
