Junior Material Planner

CTR/Hayco is a multinational manufacturing company looking for a
Junior Material Planner
to join our Supply Chain team in Portugal.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Purchasing Team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks;
• Support data entry and maintenance of purchasing records;
• Help track purchase orders and delivery schedules, follow up with suppliers as needed;
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory data and generating standard reports;
• Participate in meetings with suppliers and internal stakeholders as needed;
• Collaborate with Planning, Customer Service, and NPI teams to help align material requirements;
• Support documentation and file organization in accordance with internal procedures;
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Purchasing Department.
