Junior MCC Maintenance Controller (Shift Work – OCC Team)

At euroAtlantic Airways, we operate globally with flexibility and high standards. We are now looking for a Junior MCC Technician to join our Operations Control Centre (OCC) and support our maintenance control activities across the fleet.

Your Mission: Support the real-time monitoring of our fleet and assist with technical coordination during AOG situations, MEL/CDL usage, or other operational challenges. You will work alongside experienced professionals inEngineering, CAMO, OCC, and Line Maintenance to ensure the safety and continuity of operations.

What we’re looking for:

Recent graduate in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering, or certified Aircraft Maintenance Technician (TMA)

Internship, academic projects, or 1-2 years of experience in MCC, CAMO, or Line Maintenance (is a plus, not mandatory)

Basic understanding of MEL/CDL, aircraft systems and aviation safety regulations

Strong technical English and communication skills

Proactive, curious, and willing to learn in a dynamic environment

Team player with a problem-solving mindset

Availability to work in rotating shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)

Experience with Airbus/Boeing systems, CAMO software or Human Factors training is a plus.
