Junior Mechanical Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop conceptual solutions for semiconductor products, including change kits, jigs & fixtures, test contactors, and precision spare parts.
• Create 3D models and detailed production drawings using SolidWorks, including BOMs and fabrication specifications.
• Apply reverse engineering techniques and mechanical design knowledge to support product improvements.
• Perform design analysis, GD&T, and assembly simulations to validate concepts.
• Carry out hands-on minor assembly and fitting work when required
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure designs meet functional, manufacturing, and quality requirements.
• Continuously explore and propose new design concepts to improve performance and competitiveness.

Requirement:

• Min. Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
