Job Responsibilities: Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the same to designers and manufacturing teams. Perform effective merchandising and act as a bridge between customers, designers, and production. Follow up on Product Development (PD) orders with Sketch, Corel, and CAD teams. Coordinate with outsourced designers, resolve their queries, and ensure timely outputs. Assist in developing systems to ensure timely delivery of jewellery and related information. Redesign jewellery as per customer requirements and current market trends. Prepare and maintain reports on customer feedback, responses, and complaints.
