Apply design updates and learn key memory architecture concepts (bitcells, wordlines, bitlines, peripherals).

Support design and simulation of analog/mixed‑signal blocks using various analyses (DC, AC, transient, Monte Carlo).

Evaluate simulation results and build understanding of matching, noise, and variability.

Assist with pre‑ and post‑layout simulations and basic DRC/LVS understanding.

Work with layout engineers on matching, symmetry, spacing, and assess layout impact on circuit performance.

Support integration of memory macros into SoCs and participate in silicon bring‑up and debug.

Maintain clear documentation, design notes, and simulation reports.

Participate in reviews and collaborate with designers, verification, layout, and test teams.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field.

Basic understanding of analog and digital circuit fundamentals.
