Junior MSSQL Database Engineer

The Associate Database Engineer will perform tasks related to monitoring Centreon and User-Defined Metrics to report alerts to Database team and running reports as requested. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values. First level escalation.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Perform day-to-day monitoring of CENTREON/User-Defined metrics and alerts of Database Team
• Provide technical support to ensure monitoring performance
• Maintain documentation for installation, configuration, and maintenance of monitoring systems
• Perform implementation and updates of monitoring tools and scrupts under the direction of an Intermediate Engineer
• Participate in research and development of new tools and modules
• Develop and configure monitoring thresholds, alerting and reporting capabilities
• Create accounts for all users and assign security levels
