Junior Network engineer

As a Network Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the design and configuration of hybrid network infrastructures (on-premise and cloud) within the Defense sector. You will work on command-and-control systems, ensuring secure and efficient network operations. Your missions

• Participate in the design and configuration of hybrid network infrastructures (on-premise and cloud).


• Configure and manage CISCO equipment.


• Support cybersecurity practices, including VPN management, network segmentation, and device configuration.


• Work with network configuration tools to ensure reliable and secure connectivity.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with Defense sector standards and requirements.

Your profile

• Academic background: Recent graduate in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering.


• Familiarity or experience with network design and configuration, Cisco certifications are a plus!


• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, particularly VPNs and network segmentation.


• Fluent Italian and English (minimum B2 level).


• You have an ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic environment.


• Availability to work in Rome (initual phase onsite, later hybrid mode 50%).
