Responsibilities
- Perform daily clerical and administrative duties.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and general correspondence.
- Maintain proper filing systems and ensure safe keeping of company documents.
- Handle reception duties including answering calls and receiving visitors.
- Control and maintain records of access cards, door access permissions and office parking allocation.
- Collect, post, verify and maintain staff timesheets; follow up on late or incorrect submissions.
Office & Facilities Management
- Ensure office, pantry, meeting rooms and storeroom are clean, organised and well stocked.
- Monitor and replenish office stationery, pantry supplies and other consumables.
- Coordinate maintenance and servicing of office equipment and facilities.
