Responsibilities

  • Perform daily clerical and administrative duties.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and general correspondence.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and ensure safe keeping of company documents.
  • Handle reception duties including answering calls and receiving visitors.
  • Control and maintain records of access cards, door access permissions and office parking allocation.
  • Collect, post, verify and maintain staff timesheets; follow up on late or incorrect submissions.

Office & Facilities Management

  • Ensure office, pantry, meeting rooms and storeroom are clean, organised and well stocked.
  • Monitor and replenish office stationery, pantry supplies and other consumables.
  • Coordinate maintenance and servicing of office equipment and facilities.
