Job Purpose

  • To offer routine office support to Ghana Station by displaying an energetic attitude to designated tasks.
  • Job Outline

  • Provides a prompt and efficient mail distribution service.

  • Assist by responding to general telephone queries and filtering calls by transferring to appropriate areas.

  • Collects/delivers urgent mail/packages and assisting with photocopying and filing.

  • Managing office supplies: ensure all collateral and stationery are well-stocked and readily available at all touch points (Ticket desk, Check-in & Boarding counters)

  • Assisting in all administrative tasks on daily basis.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications & Experience

  • Years schooling or equivalent

  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Experience

  • A minimum of 1 year Admin Experience.
  • Please note that you must have the right to live and work in Ghana.
