Junior Officer - Administration & Training

I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Conducts verification of patron profile for potential anti-money laundering concerns

• Performs and compiles linking requests of patron’s profile in Halo

• Reviews patron coding requests

• Organizes and files patron documents such as, but not limited to membership and multipurpose forms

• Performs revocation of Halo account for team members with active patron account

• Assists the Officer – Administration and Training in performing their day to day duties

• Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Management

II. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Educational Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field is required

• Preferably University/College diploma in Hospitality, Marketing or Business Administration but not required
