Junior Onsite IT Support

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Junior Onsite IT Support to join our team at Gross Synergy Sdn Bhd in Ampang, Selangor. This is a contract role involving coordinating with clients, supervising installations, ensuring all systems are deployed efficiently and are operational. The ideal candidate should possess technical skills, project management abilities and a strong focus on customer service.

What you'll be doing

• POS System Installation and Configuration — Perform on-site installation and configuration of POS systems, peripherals and network components.
• Test and calibrate hardware and software to ensure systems are operational.
• Install and configure necessary security and software updates.
