Junior Operation Executive

Coordinate and manage end-to-end freight forwarding activities for import and export shipments.

Arrange and monitor shipments via air, sea, and land transportation.

Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, warehouses, and overseas agents to ensure smooth cargo movement.

Prepare and verify shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, Delivery Order, Invoice, Packing List, and other related documents.

Ensure compliance with customs regulations, port authority requirements, and relevant statutory bodies.

1. Transportation & Delivery Management

• Plan, arrange, and coordinate local transportation, including trucking and delivery schedules.
• Monitor transportation status to ensure timely pickup and delivery of cargo.
• Handle transportation issues such as delays, damages, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with drivers and transport vendors to ensure efficient operations.
